Squash Seeds

Squash Seeds are delicious, nutritious, and yummy when baked crispy. Squashes are gourds and are part of the Cucurbitaceae family. Their edible seeds contain protein, omega fatty acids, fiber, minerals, vitamins, and antioxidants. Ayurvedically, they are sweet, bitter, and cooling in nature.

Baking pan (non-stick)

Parchment paper “optional.”
