My Alternative Health Clinic is located in Los Angeles and is based on the beliefs of Ayurveda, the traditional medical system of India. I offer evaluations and consultations, nutritional, dietary, and detoxification programs, massage, marma, aroma therapies, and yoga instruction and therapy. I also have a licensed herbal pharmacy on site.
I originally studied nutrition before graduating from the Cordon Bleu and worked as a professional chef for many years. After an injury and health concerns, I decided to focus my attention on holistic health, and I pursued an education in alternative medicine. I am certified as a Clinical Ayurvedic and Panchakarma Specialist, a nutritional professional, an AHG herbalist, and a massage, marma, and aroma therapist.
Additionally, I am certified as a yoga instructor and therapist by the Iyengar Yoga National Association, the International Association of Yoga Therapists, and the National Ayurvedic Medical Association.

Ayurveda Introduction
The Art of Holistic Health
Free Online Class
Sunday, June 28th, 3-4 pm
Join me for a free introductory class on Ayurveda, where I will cover the fundamental principles of Ayurveda and how to maintain balance during the hot, wet, and sharp summer season, when the qualities in nature can bring imbalances to the body, mind, and spirit

The Power of Breath
Introduction to Pranayama
Sunday, July 12th, 2026
3-4:30 PM
$30 or Class Pass
Yogic breathing, known as Pranayama or “Conscious Breathing.” It is vital because Prana (life force) carries our presence, awareness, creativity, and intelligence, and brings balance and harmony to the body, mind, and spirit.
In this class, I will introduce you to the theory and practice, starting with a rejuvenative yoga sequence to prepare the body, followed by a breathing practice you can do at home.
This class is appropriate for all levels.

The Yoga of Summer
Sunday, July 26th, 2026
2-4 PM
The summer season shares the same energies as the Pitta Dosha in Ayurveda, both being hot, sharp, and unstable, and can become imbalanced during this time, leading to inflammation, summer allergies, and dehydration.
Join me for this class, where I will introduce you to the basics of Ayurveda and the summer season, share daily practices and products that bring balance and harmony, along with a cooling, grounding, and calming yoga and breathing sequence.
This class is appropriate for all levels.
